HappyTail Boarding Kennels
is the bed and breakfast for your pets. We are excited to
take care of your pet just like the other area pets we have taken care
of since 1952. Located in a park like setting in Oshtemo, HappyTail is
easy to reach. Only 3/4 mile off of 131 and Stadium Drive; or from I-94
via 9th street to Stadium- what a convenient location!
Each pet has their own
inside area with a connecting outdoor run. There is not a
"doggie-door" because the kennel is heated or
air-conditioned depending on the time of year. We personally let
visitors out into their run area about every two hours during the day and
they are kept inside at night time. The time they stay out depends on
each dog- some like to go out and come right back in (especially at
breakfast time each morning) and others like to go out and watch the
world go by. The runs are covered so they are sheltered from the
rain and hot sun.
Care givers at the kennel
are sensitive to the individual diet needs of your pet. Bring your special
dietary foods. Your pet's medicine will be administered- making sure
to pay attention to the details that you leave them.
